Displays2Go Introduces This New Kiosk-Style TV Stand

Displays2Go is adding this new kiosk-style stand to their collection of flat panel TV holders, stands, and brackets. The adjustable height and solid construction makes this stand a good choice for high traffic locations and retailers.

2012-08-03
BRISTOL, RI, August 03, 2012 (Press-News.org) Displays2Go, a division of George Patton Associates, is pleased to introduce this new kiosk-style TV stand to their already expansive collection of screen mounts. The adjustable height and counterbalanced base let this display be used as a traditional flat panel screen stand or as a lobby stand for visitors to any establishment.

"The beauty of this stand is in how many ways it can be used," says Sandra Reno, new product marketer at Displays2Go. "Stores and businesses have the option of using it as they would a classic TV stand, raising it up high so that people walking by can't miss their promotional videos and other graphics. However, when the bracket with the 69-degree upward tilt is combined with one of the lower height adjustment settings it's the perfect tool for creating a kiosk-style showcase for way-finding maps and other displays for customer interaction."

This television kiosk is designed to hold screens measuring anywhere between 27" and 55", weighing under 77 lbs. The framework is manufactured out of steel for stability and has a black powder coated finish. The base has two (2) wheels affixed, making it easy to move the stand around to new locations. The central support pole has a hollow center to run cables and wires through, keeping them neat and out of the way of customers and passersby. The mounting bracket can be adjusted to hold a flat panel screen in either a landscape or portrait orientation. This bracket is VESA compatible to work with a wide variety of existing screens. The mount also tilts upward 69-degrees (perpendicular to the ground) to create the kiosk style stand.

"One of the other great things about this stand is its stability," continues Ms. Reno. "The entire display weighs 82 lbs., which helps to keep it upright and secure when being used in busy areas, like a hotel lobby or at a trade show. But don't forget about the attached wheels, which make moving the stand around surprisingly easy. When it comes time to change the location, just tilt and roll the stand to its new spot!"

Since 1974, Displays2Go.com has been in the business of creating and manufacturing plasma screen stands for retail stores, LED hanging signage, illuminated poster holders for indoor and outdoor usage, a wide selection of TV stand accessories, and many more commercial media displays for their customers. Many items in the large online catalogue feature same day shipping if ordered before 1 p.m. EST.
