He is currently a special guest on a 30 city Mindless Behavior tour, promoted by AEG.
His first showcase ever, in Atlanta, attracted Grammy award winning producer Rodney Jerkins and R&B singer Lloyd and introduced him to producers Corna Boys and Rico Love, who produced his viral single "Superstar" that catapulted his career, charting on Billboard R&B and Hip Hop Sales Charts.
In 2010, RCA Records' Wayne Williams, was awed by Jacob's charismatic personality and astonishing voice that instantly answered the question of whether the young teen has star power. Jacob was immediately signed to the label and signed with powerhouse managers Jeremy Geffen and Larry Rudolph.
A triple threat as a singer, dancer, who modeled his choreography after that of The Temptations and Michael Jackson, as an actor, Jacob's first lead role came in early 2011 with the feature film "Vanishing on 7th Street" starring John Leguizamo, Hayden Christensen and Thandie Newton, which debuted at the Toronto Film Festival.
The 16-year-old singer is being referred to as everything from the next Usher to Bieber.
