WNC Hires Amy Dosen as Vice President, Originations

Affordable Housing veteran to oversee expansion of WNC's Midwest holdings through new acquisitions

TUSTIN, CA, August 11, 2012 (Press-News.org) WNC, a national investor in community renewal and affordable housing projects, has hired Amy Dosen as Vice President, Originations. In this position, Dosen will oversee WNC's acquisition activities in the Midwest region.

"Amy's extensive industry expertise and track record of success in the Midwest will guide our efforts to expand our holdings throughout the region," said Michael Gaber, Chief Operating Officer of WNC. We view the Midwest region as a key growth area with exceptional investment opportunities and will look to Amy to help us tap into this potential."

The Ohio resident brings more than 15 years of real estate experience with a focused expertise in affordable housing. Her background includes originating, structuring and closing all types of affordable housing developments.

Prior to joining WNC, she served as the Equity Sales Manager at Key Community Development Corporation, a subsidiary of KeyBank, where she managed the originations team. In this role, Dosen enhanced the firm's underwriting process and increased production in the investment portfolio to the highest level in the bank's history.

Dosen holds a bachelor's degree from Kent State University and an MBA from Ashland University in Ohio.
