Renee Russell has over 20 years of experience in the fields of Leadership and Organizational Development. She is Executive Director; Service Model Transformation for Avon Products Inc an initiative that will fundamentally shift the way Avon will serve its 6 million independent representatives. In this role, Renee works with leaders around the world to facilitate the change process. Renee's prior role was Executive Director, Global Talent Management where she developed the leadership pipeline for the top 30 positions at Avon.
Throughout her career, Renee has developed and implemented human capital management strategies that increase profitability, reduce expenses, build team and individual effectiveness; ultimately enhancing an organization's ability to move towards its stated goals.
Prior to Avon, Renee was VP Learning & Organizational Development for Travelport a former division of Cendant Corporation. In this role, she had global responsibility for Talent Management and Leadership Development and orchestrated the development of an internal Executive Coaching program. Renee has also held leadership positions at Prudential Financial, BlueCross and BlueShield, TRW and Russell-Pregler LLC, a consulting firm focused on executive and team development.
Renee earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Computer Science from West Chester University, and her Masters of Business Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Renee is a founding member of the New Jersey Organizational Development Network, and is an advisory member of the Girl's Action Network.
