Partner of Hebard Higby Insurance Accounting & Tax, Sabrina Higby, EA has acquired her Certified Public Accountant licensing.

Hebard Higby Insurance Accounting & Tax is proud to announce that partner, Sabrina Higby, is now a licensed Certified Public Accountant. The license was officially filed in July 2012.Sabrina's CPA designation adds to her extensive list of credentials and experience. Sabrina's additional designations include: Enrolled Agent (EA), a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Sacramento State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Academic Achievement Award in Accountancy, and a Series 7 Securities License.
