Open Study College is pleased to announce that it has been awarded ISO 9001 certification.ISO 9001 refers to a set of quality standards published by the International Organisation for Standardisation, promoting organisational commitment to meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders.
The standards stipulate that quality management systems are in place and ensure that organisations work towards measurable objectives effectively, with regular auditing and evaluation to ensure that these are maintained consistently.
