The restaurant, an extension of the Original NinfaâEUR s on Navigation in Houston, Texas, features top-quality, fresh, hand-crafted appetizers, entrees and desserts. All food items are made from scratch, from the juices for the margaritas to the flour and corn tortillas.
Executive Chef, Alex Padilla, whose mother worked for Mama Ninfa Laurenzo in Texas, has created a menu that has been a hit with politicians, celebrities and even visiting royalty.
