It is an exciting time to have the Moab Music Festival Artist-in-Residence interwoven with many of Moab's home grown musical groups.

If Christopher is missed at the Moab Information Center for the preview of upcoming festival music on August 22, there is a chance to attend again.

The annual Family Picnic Concert at Old City Park. There will be additional performers.

The Community Contra Dance will be held at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center. Cost is $5 which the Community Dance Band donates to an area non-profit.
Make it a point to be uplifted with the performances of Christopher Layer and get acquainted with other aspects of Moab that would not be the normal highlight of a typical Moab day.
Christopher Layer mingles with the Moab Community in the days preceding the Festival. Those events are free with the exception of the Contra Dance on September 3rd. The Moab Music Festival takes place August 30 - September 10, 2012. Tickets for the Festival are now on sale.

African American Short Films is a 1-hour TV special and a wonderful way for filmmakers to showcase their short films.
Submissions are accepted on an on-going basis. Accepted films receive compensation.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
