SAN FRANCISCO, CA, October 06, 2010 (Press-News.org) Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP expanded its transactional practice group with the addition of partner Eddy Moore. "Eddy brings a wealth of experience to our corporate and transactional practices," said firm managing partner Jim Skochdopole.

Eddy has over 20 years of experience representing clients in a wide variety of corporate and business transactions including financings, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity investing. In addition to his transactional practice, Eddy has a significant litigation background with courtroom experience in diverse areas of law. He routinely represents clients in a variety of industries including financial services, construction, real estate, energy and natural resources, technology, transportation and health care. Eddy has extensive experience serving as a counselor to entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Eddy received his A.B. in economics from Princeton University in 1981, and his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1984. Previously selected as a Texas Super Lawyer and as a Fellow of the American Bar Association, Eddy is a member of AAAS, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, and serves on the University Park Board of Adjustment.
