The Ottumwa Economic Develop Corporation partners up with Golden Shovel Agency to provide an online Web solution for the Ottumwa/Wapello County area of Iowa.

Ottumwa Economic Development Corporation (OEDC) has partnered with Golden Shovel Agency and its online Web solution, Economic Gateway, to embrace and promote economic development in the Ottumwa/Wapello County area of Iowa.
