Wedding Cakes artist Michael learned his craft when he was 16 while growing up in New York working in several bakeries during school summer breaks. About a year later he attended a Culinary Arts School where he reinstated his love for baking and got the highest scores for is artistic skills in Wedding Cakes baking and decorations showing a particular attitude in completing tasks even when assigned at the last moment.No wonder today he has been establishing his reputation in Las Vegas as Michael the artist that can deliver Wedding Cakes at the last minute order!
Michael continued learning from different schools of thought and completed graduating from7schools that taught him several baking techniques from specialty decorating to chocolate sculpting; Michael has definitely made his rounds to learn his craft and turn it into an art. His love for baking and Wedding Cakes craft pushed him to work in different types of Italian Bakeries, restaurants from fine Italian to Mom & Pop shops to Tavern on the Green type operations. He also worked in interesting bakeries like Chinese bakeries, German, Swedish, and French in order to expand his baking talents and expertise.
Michael recently relocated to Las Vegas, NV and opened Bakery Magic to be present and part of the fantastic and competitive culinary scenario that this wonderful city offers. He has already been making a splash with the locals with his artistic and creative talents that allow him to create anything from scratch and improve other "template" designs that other bakeries offer: from doughnuts to ice cream and a host of other specialties such cakes and Wedding Cakes.
