In this position, Buhler manages all of the technical editing and shooting for the firm and serves as the video division's creative director to develop the firm's creative products for clients. Prior to joining MMI, Buhler was the human resources manager for a Colorado-based business that services oil companies, with responsibility over approximately 70 employees. He also produced, edited and directed a successful local television variety show in Lexington, Va., which featured local actors and talent. He earned his bachelor's degree in philosophy from Southern Virginia University in Buena Vista.
