The audit included both review and enhancement of TJR Global's Quality Manual, and a focus on process improvement within TJR Global's Tampa Florida Fulfillment Center. The audit was conducted by QMS. The QMS Organization is headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida.
"We view our interim ISO Audit as an excellent opportunity to stand-down from our daily operations and evaluate both the metrics that have created success, as well as the opportunities for improvement within our overall process.
