ORLANDO, FL, September 01, 2012 (Press-News.org) Patient First, a group of Urgent Care clinics in Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania, has achieved Urgent Care Center Accreditation for its two new locations in Odenton, Maryland and Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. The Patient First Urgent Care group has been Accredited since 2011. Patient First operates 41 medical centers in Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania, with more locations opening this fall and in 2013. Patient First provides Urgent Care for routine injuries and illnesses as well as Occupational Health services, with X-rays, lab tests and prescription drugs available on-site at each location.
Accreditation is a voluntary process through which an Urgent Care Center is able to measure the quality of its services and performance against nationally recognized standards.
