SCHAUMBURG, IL, September 02, 2012 (Press-News.org) Rabine Group has completed its Rabine Quality and Innovation (RQI) Center, a hands-on way to experience the cutting-edge products and services offered by the Rabine Group companies. The RQI Center is located on the top floor of the Rabine Group headquarters' building and is a key part of the Rabine Group Academy.
The Rabine Group Academy is made up of experienced experts and engineers with the knowledge and tools needed to educate partners on the industries within the Rabine Group. The Rabine Group Academy has three key learning tools in addition to the RQI Center: The Rabine Academy Auditorium, the Pavement Design Center and the Roofing Design Center.
The Rabine Academy Auditorium is used to present subjects of interest to an audience of up to 40 people. Popular seminars include Pavement 101, Stormwater Management, Sustainable Pavement & Roofing, Managing Your Property Assets and Fuel Freeze. Seminars can also be suggested by a group of people interested in a certain subject.
The Pavement and Roofing Design Centers are showcases of our pavement and roof and also allow Rabine engineers to do research and development at the corporate headquarters. The Pavement Design Center consists of 15 different pavement types, including pervious pavements and UltraLot Whitetopping. The Roofing Design Center consists of 11 roofing types including solar roof technologies and vegetative garden roofs.
