Established to honor Paul Mills, the second Executive Vice President of the Society, the program was instituted by the Foundation's Board of Trustees to recognize a commitment to professionalism within the field of financial services.

Gary was selected to receive this prestigious honor in recognition of his demonstrated commitment to lifelong education, volunteerism and ethical practice. The Paul S. Mills Scholarship may be used for meeting tuition, airfare and lodging for the Society's Clinic for Advanced Professionals, Arizona Institute or other approved FSP educational program.
