2012-09-07
SARASOTA, FL, September 07, 2012 (Press-News.org) The West Florida Division of Taylor Morrison breaks ground in Baywood, the latest enclave of 64 home sites in the successful Oak Creek community. Development is underway with two models expected to be available for tours in early 2013.

A ground breaking to mark the start of building was recently hosted for officials, members of the media, Taylor Morrison staff and business leaders.

"Oak Creek was recently featured in a seminar hosted by Builder Magazine and Hanley Wood as one of the most successful Tampa new home communities. Some of the reasons the community was selected was: amazing value, close proximity to nearby activities, major highways and airports" said Cammie Longenecker, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison West Florida. "The most popular design and features were carefully selected and created to meet buyer requests for this community."

Oak Creek offers a great value with low community fees and is centrally located just outside of Brandon, Florida. Located off Falkenburg Road and 301, this neighborhood is designed for the active lifestyle and within a short drive to airports, the bay area offerings and MacDill Air Force Base. With the best access to Tampa and Brandon, the activities surrounding are abundant. Just a short drive over the Crosstown Express residents will find Channelside, the Florida Aquarium, museums and a host of family destinations. For the shopper, world class shopping at International Plaza, Westfield Shopping Center at Brandon and a host of boutiques and restaurants are located in historic Ybor City. This community offers the tranquil suburban lifestyle, yet just a short drive to a thriving urban mecca. On-site amenities include a sports field, half basketball court, picnic area, kid's playground and fenced bark park.
