LONDON, ENGLAND, October 07, 2010 (Press-News.org) Striata, a leading provider of email bill presentment and payment solutions has partnered with StrategyCore, a Japan based consulting firm that is focused on business development in the Japanese, Chinese and Australian markets. The partnership agreement was signed in August 2010 and adds to Striata's growing network of partners in Asia.
Together with StrategyCore, Striata aim to challenge the traditional eBilling model in these regions. Today, the standard Pull eBilling model requires users to log onto biller websites from a bill reminder sent via email. Striata's offering utilizes Push email delivery technology that enables billers to send fully encrypted, secure electronic versions of the bill or statement to their customer's inbox. This optimal customer convenience results in greater eBilling adoption, high paper turn off rates and lower call center enquiries. Personalized, trackable marketing offers can also be included in every emailed bill and statement allowing billers to achieve immediate and measurable response rates.
"We are delighted to be working with StrategyCore. Its experience in developing and sustaining profitable businesses along with its extensive contacts throughout the Japanese business community will provide the springboard required to launch our eBilling services in Japan. We believe our eBilling and eStatement solutions, along with StrategyCore's experience, will bring a new dimension to the Japanese market," says Keith Russell, Sales Director, Striata Asia Pacific.
StrategyCore has a strong management team with excellent high-level contacts at telecommunication, utilities, financial institutions and various other corporations in Japan. By leveraging these contacts, Striata can generate both direct business, as well as develop a set of local indirect sales partners within Japan to market its products and services.
"We share Striata's enthusiasm for Push eBilling and so we are excited about this latest development. We focus on key technology segments using our in-depth knowledge across a wide-range of software products, solutions, systems, including end-users and distribution sales channels. We therefore believe that including Striata's Push eBilling and eStatement solution in our portfolio will be of great value to our current and potential clients," says Rob MacGregor, Managing Director of StrategyCore K.K.
Striata is a global eDocuments, eBilling and eMarketing software application developer and services specialist.
Striata's Secure eDocument Delivery and Email Bill Presentment & Payment (EBPP) are solution sets that deliver an enhanced customer experience, rapid reduction in operational costs and quicker payments.
Striata revolutionizes the way bills, statements, policies, collection notices, letters, paystubs and other high volume system-generated documents are delivered and paid. Registration requirements are eliminated by emailing feature rich, interactive, encrypted documents directly to the inbox and enabling innovative 1-click electronic payment from within the document itself.
