SAN DIEGO, CA, September 16, 2012 (Press-News.org) Enjoying strong, steady sales since its opening in March, Davidson Communities has released its third phase of six new Carmel Valley homes at Maricel at Torrey Highlands.
With up to six bedrooms, Maricel offers 41 large family homes on sites averaging over 6,000 square feet. Plans were designed with flexibility to accommodate any family configuration, with a downstairs bedroom suite in all three floor plans.
A limited selection of premium view home sites is available within this gated neighborhood, located at 7805 Chadamy Way, at the intersection of Carmel Valley Road and Caminito Vistana. Prices now range from the mid $700,000s.
Maricel's three plans range from 2,793 to 3,287 square feet and offer four to six bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Capitalizing on its elevated access to trails and open space, living areas open completely to the outdoors by eight-foot glass sliders.
Among the family-friendly options are oversized kitchen islands that range up to 10' long, with seating for six. These table-sized gourmet islands can also function as a homework station. Another convenience designed by Davidson is a "drop zone," connecting the garage to the kitchen, for backpacks and groceries.
Maricel will offer two passive parks and one tot lot for exclusive use of the residents. There is also access to an extensive trail system that runs behind the property. Children residing in Maricel are within the Poway Unified School District.
Headquartered in Del Mar, California, Davidson is also building single family homes at Arista at The Crosby in Rancho Santa Fe. The company has been creating high-quality homes of architectural distinction for California consumers since 1978. In October 2011, Bill Davidson was inducted into national Builder Magazine's Hall of Fame for Design Excellence. Information on Davidson Communities is available online at http://www.davidsoncommunities.com.
