Orlando Dentist Offers Preferred Patient Program

Dr. Laila Rizvi is happy to be offering a preferred patient plan for her patients that do not have dental insurance.

ORLANDO, FL, September 19, 2012 (Press-News.org) Dr. Laila Rizvi, Orlando dentist, is happy to be providing a preferred patient plan to her patients. For those patients that do not own dental insurance, this provides a great way for them to affordably maintain their personal oral health.

"I'm very glad that we are able to offer this special program to our patients. It offers a great value for patients that are not covered by dental insurance. I hope that many of our patients decide to take advantage of this great offer," said Dr. Rizvi, cosmetic dentist in Hunter's Creek.

To enroll in the program, patients will pay an annual fee of $129 for an individual or $179 for a family. Once enrolled, patients will see discounts of up to 60 percent on their dental service. Comprehensive and periodic exams will be performed by the Orlando, FL dentist at no charge. There are no deductibles and no claim forms that need to be filled out.

There is no auto-renewal of the plan. Patients can opt to renew their plan after 12 months for $99 for an individual and $124 for a family.

To schedule an appointment with Dr. Rizvi for dental implants in Orlando or another service, patients can either call (407) 240-3372 or use the online appointment request form. To do this, patients simply have to enter in the date, time and a few words detailing the nature of their appointment into the online form. Shortly after this, the practice's scheduling coordinator will follow up with an email or text message to confirm the appointment.
