Covington Who's Who Selects Kathleen A. McCreary as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry
2012-09-20
HOLLYWOOD, FL, September 20, 2012 (Press-News.org) Kathleen A. McCreary, Independent Consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics, Inc., has been selected as an Honored Member of the Covington Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Kathleen A. McCreary's commitment to excellence in Cosmetics and Skin Care.

McCreary, who began working for her organization in April of 2008 after deciding to want to work for herself, does direct sales full-time as a Mary Kay independent beauty consultant.

By educating her clients on how to keep their skin healthy and mentoring others to be successful entrepreneurs, McCreary is endorsing the company's mission to help women reach their individual goals. As an entrepreneur in her field, McCreary maintains daily day-to-day duties of home business direct sales, her knowledge of products, and also continuously keeps up to date with new trends of the market.

With past experience in banking, McCreary's corporate career was affected by mergers, layoffs, and buyouts. However, her knowledge and experience has provided her with a wealth of information and expertise. Currently, she holds a dual master's degree in business management and finance from Webster University and she has completed two years at the Bank Administration Institute. She is also currently enrolled in the Robert Jones Beauty Academy's third year curriculum, Working Like a Pro.

"This age of job insecurity made me realize I was working very hard under stressful conditions for others to reap the profits," McCreary said about her past experience. "Now, I work normal hours and keep the profit. It is a refreshing atmosphere thanks to mutual respect and support from everyone within the organization."

McCreary has earned numerous awards through Mary Kay, including fifteen Star Quarterly Rewards.
