WINDSOR, ON, September 24, 2012 (Press-News.org) Women's Enterprise Skill Training of Windsor Executive Director Rose Anguiano Hurst explains in an interview with Mike Thomas from XEAYZ.TV the importance of the collaboration with other organizations and employers to be the key factors to have the word out about how this organization provides services to disadvantaged women. Having a sense of community and be part of the community brings this non-profit organization to 25 years of service.
Rose Anguiano Hurst leads a team of over 30 staff. Rose has served in the capacity of Executive Director at WEST since 1995. During this time, the organization has grown to serve more than 1600 women annually. Rose possesses an extensive professional knowledge and background in all aspects of non-profit program management and administration which she strengthened at WEST and previously in similar organizations in Windsor, Ontario and Houston, Texas.
Nour Hachem, Program Coordinator at WEST, in a following interview with Mike Thomas for XEAYZ.TV, explains some of the programs prepared by the organization to provide services not only for women in search of a professional job, but also services to employers that save them time and resources. Some services include on site interviews and screening, training, skills match, language enhance programs and more. Nour provides, in less than 5 minutes, an in-depth tour about what some of these programs are about.
