GH Mumm's Blanc de Blancs is unveiled this year as the world-renowned champagne house celebrates the 130th Anniversary of their vineyards in Cramant, the Grand Cru village outside Reims. To mark the occasion, Turnberry's award-winning food and beverage team has partnered with the historic brand to stage a one-off fine dining experience.
The dinner will feature a highly-crafted tasting menu, designed by Turnberry's Executive Head Chef, Justin Galea. Each course will be paired with one of GH Mumm's finest champagnes and introduced by GH Mumm's brand ambassador.
