MALVERN, PA, September 27, 2012 (Press-News.org) IMC Construction was recently awarded the new Life Sciences Building at the Delaware Valley College along Route 202 in Bucks County, PA. The $15 million Life Sciences Center will house six 40-seat classrooms, a 16-seat conference room, an atrium, a 450-seat auditorium, an upper level with a seventh 40-seat classroom, laboratories, a GIS lab, and open space. Ground breaking is set for Friday, September 28th 2012 at the site of the new building. The Center will be built using LEED practices, but the College will not seek LEED certification. IMC Construction and Kimmel Bogrette Architects will work closely with DelVal's Project Manager, Steve Cantrell for a January 2014 completion.
