The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CT REIA) Announces October 2012 Workshop For Real Estate Investors In Connecticut

On October 10, 2012 the Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CT REIA) will begin its 3 evening workshop for real estate investors called "Find It, Fix It, Flip It, or Keep It".

WEST HARTFORD, CT, September 28, 2012 (Press-News.org) The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, is announcing the start of its 3-evening workshop for real estate investors. This program will begin on October 10, 2012. Additional dates for the program are October 17 and 24. This workshop will take place from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Comfort Inn, located at 900 East Main Street in Meriden, CT. Discounts for early registration are available through October 5th.

CT REIA is pleased to present New England's top real estate workshop for new and experienced real estate investors. This program is designed to give new investors an opportunity to learn in detail how to get started in the real estate investing process. Experienced investors also participate in this workshop to find out what is working in today's market. Students of this workshop will learn the basics of real estate investing and the best paths to take in their real estate investment career. As an added bonus all attendees receive a free real estate investment course manual.

The program will cover the basics of: wholesaling properties; rehabbing - also known as flipping; how to sell an investment property quickly; how to hold properties for long-term income. Topics that will be discussed include how to: generate real estate leads; work with realtors as part of a comprehensive buying and selling investment strategy; find great investment properties and build a portfolio; inspect properties with confidence before committing to the investment; evaluate every real estate deal properly; make offers on a property with confidence; wholesale properties; estimate and manage projects with confidence; deal with real estate contractors; retail investment properties; take advantage of landlord tools; and much more.

CT REIA is an organization that provides motivation, networking opportunities, and up-to-date education for people who want to buy homes or investment properties.
