They join an already impressive group of top athletes such as NFL greats, Bryan Hall, Dante Rosario and Jason Kelce. MLB All Stars Troy Tulowitski and Mike Napoli are also among the Team APS notable athletes. APS athletes are not paid endorsers of the product. T.J. Ward is a 3rd year veteran for the Browns. Ward started his impressive football career at De La Salle prep before "walking on" to the Oregon Ducks. He was the 38th pick in the 2nd round for Cleveland. In the 2011 season, Ward had 39 total tackles, 28 of them being solo.

Kansas Court of Appeals Rules Recidivist Law for Sex Offenders Is Too Harsh

The Kansas Court of Appeals recently ruled the imposition of lifetime post-release supervision for a sex offender who committed a low-grade felony is unconstitutional. The court compared the recidivist statutes for sex offenders to the corresponding rules for murderers and found "even murderers are not treated so harshly."
