They join an already impressive group of top athletes such as NFL greats, Bryan Hall, Dante Rosario and Jason Kelce. MLB All Stars Troy Tulowitski and Mike Napoli are also among the Team APS notable athletes. APS athletes are not paid endorsers of the product. The athletes themselves often approach the company in hopes of becoming part of its natural organic growth and lifestyle.

James-Michael Johnson was the 25th pick of the 4th round for the Cleveland Browns in 2012. Johnson was a standout linebacker at Nevada who also played on Special Teams. At 6'2", 240 lbs., he runs an impressive 40 yard dash in 4.68. In his college career he had over 85 tackles and was an All-WAC performer in 2010.

T.J. Ward is a 3rd year veteran for the Browns. Ward started his impressive football career at De La Salle prep before "walking on" to the Oregon Ducks. He was the 38th pick in the 2nd round for Cleveland. In the 2011 season, Ward had 39 total tackles, 28 of them being solo.

The Kansas Court of Appeals recently ruled the imposition of lifetime post-release supervision for a sex offender who committed a low-grade felony is unconstitutional.
