GLASGOW, SCOTLAND, October 01, 2012 (Press-News.org) After an extensive strategic review Scotwork (http://www.scotwork.com), the world's largest and most successful independent negotiation skills business, has today announced a complete rebranding that includes the launch of a new website.
The refreshed brand identity is the first in 30 years for the Scotland-based negotiation skills business and centres round the theme of "Scotwork defines negotiation". The new site seeks to communicate this brand and encapsulates Scotwork's total offering, from a calendar of course availability to whitepapers, weekly blogs and client testimonials.
Alan Smith, Partner at Scotwork, said of the launch: "We are proud of the way we add value to our clients, and give them confidence in difficult conflict situations. Our new site and communication platform allows us to showcase that pride via a clean, easily navigated site. Our aim remains to generate exponential ROI for our clients, and give them the confidence and control in this challenging economic environment."
This rebranding comes at a time where Scotwork's offering is continuing to grow worldwide. The Scotwork offices in Colombia and Japan are due to be fully operational by the end of the year and this will add to Scotwork's already extensive international office roster, which is currently spread across 35 countries and delivers their negotiation skills courses (http://www.scotwork.com/courses/) in 22 languages.
Ahead of the rebranding, the negotiation skills training giant undertook a review of the way it communicated and engaged with its clients. In response to their findings, Scotwork set about creating not just a brand new website that more succinctly defines how Scotwork's end to end service will refine their client's negotiation skills and competencies, but also two new products and a formalised consultancy service.
Scotwork's new negotiation courses aim to complement their class leading Advancing Negotiation Skills course, while its new cost effective consulting model is designed to help clients become more entrepreneurial by injecting a negotiating culture into their corporate DNA.
John McMillan, Senior Partner at Scotwork, said: "We have spent over a million hours observing negotiations by managers from different cultures, countries, industries and functions. We have observed what works and what does not and we have devised effective ways of teaching participants to apply these in their work."
Scotwork's new site goes live at the end of September 2012 and will be rolled out globally by the end of 2012.
