OKLAHOMA CITY, OK, October 03, 2012 (Press-News.org) Randy Lee Bumgarner, an attorney located in Oklahoma City, is pleased to announce his recognition by the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings with a "Distinguished" rating, a widely respected achievement within the legal industry. The recent accomplishment was the result of evaluations given by other members of the bar and the judiciary.
"I'm honored to be recognized by my fellow attorneys and peers within the legal community," said Bumgarner, whose practice consists of divorce, family law, child custody cases, DHS matters, bankruptcy and criminal defense.
"This recognition affirms my commitment to provide the best possible legal services to my clients with the highest amount of ethical standards and professionalism possible," he added.
The recognition stems from an online survey given to peers and legal professionals across a wide range of jurisdictions and geographical locations in similar practice areas. Reviewers are required to rate their colleagues' ethical standards and abilities in certain areas of the law.
A Distinguished rating ranges from a score of 3.0 to 4.4 and is considered "excellent," separating lawyers from his or her competition.
The Martindale-Hubbell rating for Bumgarner comes on the heels of a Readers' Choice award given to him by The Oklahoman newspaper which recognized him as one of the five best divorce attorneys in the state of Oklahoma.
That award stemmed from a similar voting system by clients within the community.
"As an attorney, I'm honored that these awards and recognitions are coming from peers, clients and other members of the legal community," Bumgarner added.
