Zumbathon at Anytime Fitness: Help Support Our Community!

Anytime Fitness of North Dallas will host a Zumbathon with all proceeds benefitting Jewish Family Services (JFS) and their mission to build a stronger community.

DALLAS, TX, October 04, 2012 (Press-News.org) On Saturday, October 13th, Anytime Fitness of North Dallas will be hosting our first Zumbathon event with all proceeds benefitting the Jewish Family Services.

Fusing hypnotic Latin and International rhythms with easy-to-follow moves, Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio workout creating a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system that will blow you away. Fun and music are the two inspirational ingredients that magically motivate the body to effectively burn calories and tone all muscle groups, incorporate full range of motion, and improve the cardiovascular system.

Join the Zumbathon to build a stronger communities on October 13th as a team of local Zumba Instructors including our own Ivy Sankowski lead participants in 2 hours of Latin rhythms to keep everyone sweating and having fun. No experience is necessary to participate in the Zumbathon. This is a family-friendly event open to the public and welcomes all members of the community.

A Zumbathon is a Zumba party with all proceeds from donations going to a charity or cause. The suggested donation for the Zumbathon is $15 (early registration) with all proceeds benefiting Jewish Family Services to build stronger communities. Everyone who donates canned food items will also be entered into a drawing for some great door prizes.

Please wear comfortable workout attire with tennis shoes. Bring a towel and water bottle! Most importantly, just remember to have fun!
