AsiaRooms.com - Air Supply Love Never Ends Tour Coming to Kuala Lumpur

The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre will host a performance from Air Supply next month.

2010-10-09
KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA, October 09, 2010 (Press-News.org) Soft rock legends Air Supply are bringing their Love Never Ends world tour to Malaysia for three gigs that will take place midway through next month.

The dates will commence on November 15th 2010 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre's Plenary Hall, after which the band will move on to Penang and Sukpa.

More than 60 live performances will be staged by Air Supply during the tour, which has been organised to celebrate their 35th anniversary in the music industry.

Guitarist and singer-songwriter Graham Russell and lead vocalist Russell Hitchcock got together in 1975 and have since unleashed a string of hits, eight of which have made it into the US top ten.

Their music has returned to prominence in recent years, having featured in Hollywood movies Mr & Mrs Smith and The Wedding Date.

Fans of the band planning to stay in Kuala Lumpur hotels in order to watch the Plenary Hall gig will no doubt be hoping the duo play tracks such as All Out of Love and Two Less Lonely People in the World.

Songs from their latest album Mumbo Jumbo - their first release of new material in eight years - are also likely to feature.

A variety of ticket prices are available for the Malaysian dates, ranging between 100 Malaysian ringgits (GBP20) for standard admission and 300 Malaysian ringgits for a VIP package.

The shows are set to start at 20:30 local time.

For more information on this event, visit the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre website or contact the venue on (+60) 3 2333 2888.
