SHREVEPORT, LA, October 06, 2012 (Press-News.org) The Wall Center for Plastic Surgery has been named a Black Diamond level provider by Allergan, Inc., an industry leader in medical aesthetics. The family of plastic surgeons in Shreveport, Louisiana, earned Allergan's highest distinction for their expertise and experience in procedures using Allergan products.
Dr. Holly Wall attributes the award, in large part, to The Wall Center's patients. "We could not have achieved this status without our amazing patients, many of whom have been with us for decades. We want to thank them for helping us to earn this prestigious award," says Dr. Wall. "They inspire us to give 110 percent every day."
Allergan, which manufactures BOTOX, JUVEDERM, LATISSE and the Natrelle collection of breast implants, states that "The certification is awarded to leaders in the field of medical aesthetics and demonstrates their commitment to innovation, excellence and the highest level of patient care." The Black Diamond certificate is awarded to only the top 1 percent of aesthetic practices nationwide.
The Wall Center's Jade MediSpa is one of the top distributors of JUVEDERM and BOTOX in Louisiana, a fact that helped them earn Black Diamond status. Another factor: The Wall Center is one of the highest volume breast enhancement practices in the country, having over 60 years of combined breast enhancement experience.
"We see patients from throughout the Southeast who come to us for rapid recovery, short-scar and 'no visible scar' breast enhancement procedures," says Dr. Wall. "They come to us for beautiful, natural looking results and our attention to detail, but also for the first-class experience we provide here at The Wall Center."
The Wall family of surgeons is no stranger to honors and awards. Dr. Holly Wall, Dr. Simeon Wall Sr., and Dr. Simeon Wall Jr., have been named to Mentor Corporation's LEAD advisory board for breast aesthetics. Dr. Wall Jr. was selected by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery as a traveling professor - a prestigious appointment that takes him to national and international symposia where he instructs his peers and discusses his experience in body contouring, breast enhancement, and facial rejuvenation.
"Accolades are great, and we're thankful for the recognition," says Dr. Wall. "It's nice to have your work and your dedication validated. But for my father-in-law, my husband and me, the greatest reward is making a difference in the lives of our patients and in the specialty of plastic surgery."
The Wall Center for Plastic Surgery (www.wallcenter.com) was founded in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1970 by Dr. Simeon Wall Sr. His son, Dr. Simeon Wall Jr., and daughter-in-law, Dr. Holly Wall, joined the practice after completing their general surgery and plastic surgery residencies at Stanford University. This family of board-certified plastic surgeons specializes in cosmetic surgery for the breast, body and face, and serves patients from Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Oklahoma. The practice performs more than 2,000 cosmetic surgery procedures each year, and has earned special recognition from each of the 3 major U.S. breast implant manufacturers. The doctors have been selected as "Top Plastic Surgeons" by their peers and by consumer groups alike.
The Wall Center Awarded Allergan Black Diamond Certificate
The Wall Center has achieved Allergan's Black Diamond status, placing the plastic surgeons in Shreveport, Louisiana among the top 1% of all aesthetic practices in the U.S.

Cesarean sections, as known as C-sections, are the most common surgeries in the United States today.
