Dean Sheehan Founds Next Generation Data Center Management Provider - Aixeon

Dean Sheehan launches next generation provider, Aixeon, to transform Data Center Management. Aixeon's products will deliver previously unforeseen levels of automation and transparency for the Data Center at significantly reduced cost.

2012-10-07
CAMBRIDGE, ENGLAND, October 07, 2012 (Press-News.org) Dean Sheehan, former CTO of iWave Software, and previous CTO and co-founder of Enigmatec, forms next generation Data Center Management provider - Aixeon.

With more than a decade of experience as Chief Architect and CTO in the Data Center Orchestration domain, Dean is uniquely positioned to transform Data Center Management solutions. Aixeon's products will deliver previously unforeseen levels of automation and transparency for the Data Center at significantly reduced cost.

Dean Sheehan explains, "The market is at a critical turning point. Until now, infrastructure automation has relied on significant investment in professional services to provide an initial implementation and ongoing maintenance, or point solutions that only provide a narrow integration between few components. The result is that most automation programmes never achieve the return on investment they were designed to create.

"I'm excited to be forming Aixeon and providing Data Center Management software which delivers a significant and sustainable return on investment (ROI) through a lean and sophisticated technology product and a client-friendly commercial model."

Aixeon's solution enables customers to gain efficiency improvements in highly repetitive tasks and infrequent and 'one off' infrastructure changes - unlike the vast majority of other automation solutions. Huge value is realised wherever a multi-system change is made.

Sheehan confirms, "My mission is to transform Data Center Management on three key fronts - return on investment, transparency and automation of long-tail management processes where the vast majority of human resources are spent. I'm looking forward to working with companies ready for the new generation of Data Center Management solutions."

Aixeon is working currently with Pioneer Clients to deliver this next generation Data Center Management solution. If you would like to be considered for our Pioneer Client Programme, contact dean@aixeon.com.
