TUSTIN, CA, October 07, 2012 (Press-News.org) The Center for Family Business (CFB), part of CSUF Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, today announced its newest member Fullerton-based Pacific Miniatures (PacMin). The premier educational resource for family businesses in Southern California, the CFB is pleased to welcome aboard PacMin to its robust network of multi-generational family business leaders.
Founded in 1946, PacMin is located in West Fullerton and specializes in the creation of scale models of all sizes, for the aerospace, aviation and energy industries.
"We are excited to have [cousins] Dan and Fred Ouweleen on board with us as our newest members," commented CFB Director Ed Hart. "Their company is fascinating and the experience they bring will enhance the Center's network. They have been involved in the Fullerton community for years, through Rotary, Vistage, the Chamber and other local organizations. Our members are going to really enjoy getting to know Dan and Fred."
PacMin is nominated for the second year in a row for the Orange County Business Journal's prestigious Family Business Awards, which will be presented in November.
