The presentation will offer company human resources leaders a comprehensive perspective on multiple areas of the law that impact their businesses. It will explore benefits, tax and employment law changes amassed under the current administration and the lasting impact they will have on businesses of all sizes spanning all industries. Presenters at the event will review current reform provisions and their impact on the business landscape, highlight future provisions and their effect on current compliance obligations, define independent contractors and help attendees determine if their contractors pass the test.
