MIAMI, FL, October 10, 2012 (Press-News.org) Harke Clasby & Bushman LLP (www.harkeclasby.com), a commercial litigation and consumer class action law firm based in Miami Shores, is pleased to announce that Partner Lance A. Harke and associate Alison C. Harke have been named two of South Florida's Top Rated Lawyers by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell. Lance Harke was selected a Top Rated Lawyer in the practice area of products liability and Alison Harke in the practice area of commercial litigation.

Lance Harke concentrates his trial practice in the areas of products liability, insurance and complex class action and other commercial and consumer litigation matters. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Harke graduated from the University of Florida, with high honors and received his B.A. degree in Philosophy. He received his law degree from University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated cum laude, and was Editor-in-Chief of the University of Miami Law Review.

Alison Harke concentrates her practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, consumer class actions and securities class actions.
