Virtual TimeClock Integrates with ADP for Fast, Accurate Payroll

New Virtual TimeClock software release integrates seamlessly with ADP Pay eXpert payroll in addition to a dozen time clock user enhancements.

2012-10-11
FRESNO, CA, October 11, 2012 (Press-News.org) Employers who rely on ADP payroll processing have an economical new time clock solution with today's new Virtual TimeClock release from Redcort Software, Inc. Time saving ADP payroll integration and a dozen program enhancements in the new Virtual TimeClock '12 Release 2 makes it even easier to manage employee time and attendance.

Virtual TimeClock, with it's new ADP payroll integration, reduces employer costs and improves accuracy from employee timecard to paycheck. Pat Erhardt, the Financial Manager for Parkview Orthopaedic Group in Palos Heights, Illinois, is a long time Virtual TimeClock user. Pat was enthusiastic about using Virtual TimeClock '12 Release 2, saying "Virtual TimeClock's integration with ADP will eliminate payroll errors, and will save us the time spent re-keying and balancing our ADP payroll. We will no longer spend hours trying to find the difficult errors, such as entering the correct hours for the wrong employee or converting minutes to decimals as required in the ADP grid. With over 100 hourly employees in a busy orthopaedic medical practice, I am sure we now have 2 or 3 more days to spend working productively on patient care."

Virtual TimeClock's new ADP Pay eXpert integration completes Redcort Software's goal to support all of the most popular payroll systems, including QuickBooks, Paychex, SurePayroll, PayChoice, AccountEdge, and CheckMark Payroll. Virtual TimeClock's commitment to broad based payroll integration enables employers to deploy a cost effective time clock solution that grows with them even if they outgrow or otherwise need to change their payroll service provider.

Virtual TimeClock '12 Release 2 adds a dozen user enhancements that improve the overall user experience. Default activities and memos are now preselected to improve accuracy when users punch in and out. Numerous menus and commands have been streamlined and enhanced for keyboard centric users. Users of Virtual TimeClock Network Edition have enhanced client login and simplified logout, making it even easier to report hours quickly and accurately.
