On Monday, October 1st 2012, MyAddressUS officially launched its Member Rewards Program. When Premium Members pay to ship their items, they will earn points redeemable for future shipments.
Premium customers will receive 1 point for every dollar they spend on shipping. These points are redeemable for future shipment. Once the Rewards balance exceeds a shipping cost, the Members can use Reward Points to pay for the shipment. Every 20 points is equivalent to $1 in shipping fees. "We're excited to once again, reward our Customers. We truly believe we have the best customers and they deserve this" says Raj Lwin, Managing Partner.
This Program is another benefit to the Premium Membership. There are no additional fees to participate and points don't expire. At this moment, points can be used for shipping future packages but the company will look into expanding the benefits of the program. "Customers look to us not only for a US address and shipping packages but also assistance in shopping. Maybe the Rewards Program can benefit our Customers with purchases as well" adds Raj.
MyAddressUS continues to enhance its Premium Membership by providing new benefits. Just last May, the company rolled out the Concierge Service which allow customers visiting the US to shop up to 90 days ahead of their visit and also increased their base insurance coverage to $300. "For our Premium Members, we have a$10 Monthly Membership Fee. We want this $10 to go as far as it can. When you look at the Rewards Program and do the math, we are giving our Premium Members an additional 5% discount off their shipping rates," states Raj.
