Experts Gather to Examine State of Commercial Real Estate at Annual Trigild Lender Conference

More than 500 attendees, 75 panelists to convene in San Diego Oct. 17 - 19

SAN DIEGO, CA, October 14, 2012 (Press-News.org) More than 75 panelists and two keynote speakers will address upwards of 500 attendees at the 12th Annual Trigild Lender Conference Wednesday, October 17, through Friday, October 19, at the downtown Omni Hotel San Diego, providing up-to-the minute news and analysis relating to the distressed commercial real estate industry.

Headlining this year's event - themed "Lighting the Future" - are Robert Guest, business editor for The Economist, an acclaimed weekly focusing on international politics and business news, and Sam Chandan, Ph.D., president and chief economist for Chandan Economics, who will address the "State of Commercial Real Estate."

Aimed at lenders, special servicers, legal counsel and loan buyers, the conference will include pertinent, current and thought-provoking information, as well as valuable networking opportunities, said Judy Hoffman, conference founder and chief operating officer of Trigild.
