Yun Fitness Boot Camps announces 2nd Annual Freaky Fat Loss Charity Pumpkin Workout

Yun Fitness Boot Camps announces its second annual Freaky Fat Loss Charity Pumpkin Workout, taking place on October 30, 2010. The boot camp will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Ohio , Kentucky & Indiana - Central Ohio Region.

COLUMBUS, OH, October 10, 2010 (Press-News.org) The event will take place on Saturday, October 30, from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m., in the Reception Room at Union Station 67 Firehouse, 379 West Broad Street, Columbus. Participants donate a minimum of $15 to join the class, and 100 percent of the proceeds go to the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Costumes are optional—but encouraged!


Participants should bring a pumpkin to use during the workout. Trainer Jason Yun will take the class through a dynamic warm-up, two or three body weight intervals, and an 8-10 station circuit using the pumpkins and body weight.
