Warm Springs Road, the breakfast will feature key members of MassMedia's team, including Managing Partner Paula Yakubik, Vice President Kassi Belz and Account Executive Charles Blumenthal. Their presentation, titled "Preparing for the Worst: Deselection, Acquisition, Doctor Departure," underscores the importance of working to improve patient loyalty in an effort to mitigate the damage of crisis situations.
Founded in Las Vegas in 1997, MassMedia is a full-service public relations, marketing and advertising firm serving many of the most prominent corporate and health care clients in the Southwestern United States.
"Insurance contract cancellations, physician departures and other crisis situations are increasingly common threats to health care providers," Yakubik said. "Without carefully planned and well-executed marketing, advertising and public relations strategies, these events can wreak havoc on practices, medical groups and insurance providers of all sizes."
The presentation will focus on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with patients, including strategies for direct-to-patient marketing, evaluating relationships and reactive marketing during crisis situations.

Grow Your Bonsai Beautifully
2012-10-17
Bonsai refers to the artistic techniques used to capture the natural beauty of trees, rather than a specific variety of tree. To develop authentic bonsai, you need to be well aware of the controlled conditions. The value of a particular bonsai typically depends on size, age, and training.
