Total vote count will be the sole determination in selecting a winner.
Contest voting is open to all registered users of VeeWall.com. Votes are limited to one per person and per email address, per day for each submitted video. Automated voting or any other form of vote manipulation is prohibited. In the unlikely event of a tie, the contest sponsor will cast the deciding vote.
