8 Video Recruitment Interview Tips for Candidates

(7) Don't Fidget - Background sounds are amplified by the microphone, and picking your nails or other unconscious habits may come across as unease or nervousnesses.

(8) Smile & Make Eye Contact - Remind yourself to do this, as it's easy to forget when you are concentrating.
