Sports Memories FE app helps parents and coaches to make memorable trading cards and scrapbooks for athletes right on the iPhone! Creating a custom trading card for athletes is an excellent way to remember the big game last year or last Saturday.

2012-10-19
HALIFAX, NS, October 19, 2012 (Press-News.org) Collecting sport cards has been a favorite pastime of sports fans and of sport card collectors. Some collectors have cards worth thousands of dollars. A trend over the years has parents creating "custom" sport cards that capture the athletic achievements of their children and preserve those cherished moments in proper sport card style.

The internet is full of sites that offer services to create custom sport cards for young athletes. Now with Sports Memories FE, an iPhone App now available on the iTunes Store, parents can accomplish this on the iPhone.

The app makes it easy to take or select an existing photo on the iPhone to create a custom card for athletic youth. The app features a collection of included bezel styles for five major sports baseball, hockey, basketball, soccer and football with more to come. Parents and athletes can also select from an additional set of themed bezels that bring the total selection of bezels to fifty, both in portrait and landscape orientation. Parents and coaches will find this app a delight to use and capturing the action just as it happens or creating the cards after the big win!

The app is capable of managing multiple athletes and acts as a contact management database for parents, relatives, coaches teammates and friends of the athlete. Sports Memories FE app also has a scrapbook making feature to create a hi-res pdf scrapbook that can be printed at home, at a local print shop or printed by print-on-demand sites such as blurb.com for a professional finished look.

Within the scrapbook, pages are devoted to relatives, friends, coaches and teammates pictures that have been added to the database and will be printed on their respective pages with the athlete's cards. As well, the awards of the athlete can be photographed and included in the scrapbook. The app creates an attractive front and back cover with the athlete's name and team number on front.

The app offers a great way to instill confidence in the athlete and celebrate his or her success at the game. The app is also a great way to promote and raise money for the team by selling the cards and scrapbooks at games or social events.

Sports Memories FE was created by Wayne Boutilier and retails for $9.99 on the iTunes Store. You can find out more about the app at this link: http://sportsmemories.wabapps.com
