RALEIGH, NC, October 20, 2012 (Press-News.org) Royal Oaks Building Group, LLC (http://www.royaloaksbg.com), an award-winning residential new homebuilder, has announced that the company is expanding its presence across the Raleigh-Durham market with the addition of four new home communities, located in Cary, Apex, Clayton and Holly Springs, N.C. These additions bring Royal Oaks Building Group's total number of communities under development in the Triangle area to 12. The new communities are The Peninsula at Amberly, Bella Casa Parkside, Chandler's Ridge and Forest Springs.

The Peninsula at Amberly encompasses approximately 1,000 acres in Cary near McCrimmon Parkway. Residents will enjoy an exquisite clubhouse featuring a junior Olympic-sized pool, a family fun pool, full court gym, fitness center, playground, walking trail and19-acre lake. Homes in The Peninsula at Amberly community start from the $330s.

Bella Casa Parkside is nestled next to the 160-acre Apex Nature Park and is just minutes away from historic downtown Apex. Amenities include a pool, clubhouse, tennis court, playground and walking trail. Homes in the Bella Casa Parkside community start from the $320s.

Chandler's Ridge, close to Interstates 40, 95 and other major highways, is a 76-acre community situated among Clayton's rolling hills, and only a 20-minute drive from Raleigh and the Research Triangle Park area. Highlights include spacious single family homes, a future community pool and clubhouse currently under construction. Homes in the Chandler's Ridge community start from the $170s.

Forest Springs is located just off N.C. Highway 55 in Holly Springs and lies less than a mile away from the extension of Interstate 540, slated to open in early 2013, which will provide even easier access to the rest of the Triangle. The neighborhood features a community swimming pool, bath house and playground. Homes in the Forest Springs community start from the $190s.

Two Royal Oaks Building Group homes, one in The Peninsula at Amberly and one in Forest Springs, were entered in the recent 47th annual Parade of Homes organized by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County. The two were part of more than 200 new participating homes in the Triangle that were open to the public and judged by a panel of individuals from different builder-related fields across the Southeast.

QUOTES:
"These four new communities are great examples of how much growth Royal Oaks Building Group has been able to achieve in recent years, despite the fact that the residential housing industry was one of the hardest hit by the recession," said Rich Van Tassel, president of Royal Oaks Building Group. "Our commitment to excellence at affordable prices is evident in each and every home in all four communities, as well as our eight other communities in the Triangle. We remain dedicated to working not to be the biggest new home developer in the Triangle - just the best."
