Elaine (Talamo) LaCorte Joins Xena Vallone Realty

Experienced Real Estate Recruiter Joins Expanding Real Estate Firm

SARASOTA, FL, October 20, 2012 (Press-News.org) Experienced real estate recruiter, manager and trainer Elaine (Talamo) LaCorte has joined Xena Vallone Realty Inc. In addition to general real estate sales, she is the recruiter for the company.

A real estate professional since 1981, Elaine has been licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida, and has been a multimillion-dollar producer with major real estate franchises including Prudential, Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX.

Originally from Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Elaine went on to become a regional recruiter for Prudential in Pittsburgh, recruiting 600 agents over eight years. She also managed the Prudential office in South Hills. After moving to Bradenton, Florida in 2004, she became a recruiter for a mortgage brokerage firm and earned her mortgage broker's license.

Elaine said that she joined Xena Vallone Realty because "after working with large franchises, I was ready to join a smaller, boutique firm."
