Mayor Reed and Councilmember Chu Welcome Valin Corporation to San Jose

Ribbon cutting ceremony memorializes Valin's move to San Jose

LOUIS, MO, October 20, 2012 (Press-News.org) San Jose Mayor Chuck Reed and Councilmember Kansen Chu will officially welcome Valin Corporation to the San Jose community with a ribbon cutting ceremony that will take place on October 25th at 11:00 a.m. at 1941 Ringwood Avenue. Valin Corporation, a privately held, employee-owned company, recently moved from its Sunnyvale, Calif. location to a larger, 56,840 square foot office and research and development facility in San Jose.

"I'd like to thank Valin for choosing to locate in San Jose and investing in our community," Mayor Chuck Reed said. "As the Capital of Silicon Valley, San Jose is proud to be the home of numerous growing tech companies like Valin that provide jobs for our residents and will help invigorate the local, national and global economy."
