RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA, October 21, 2012 (Press-News.org) Medical alert provider Rescue Alert of California released a new video, in which the company's own Lindsey Brewster addresses the questions commonly asked by users, and demonstrates the installation and use of one of the company's MXD units in the home of a new customer.
A medical alert system is an important purchase, and choosing to bring one into the home of a loved one is a big decision. Naturally, such a service causes those who are looking into it to ask questions about how it works, what the service in question offers, and what features it offers. This is why Rescue Alert of California has released this informational video.
"We often receive questions from concerned caregivers and family members about what they should be looking for in a medical alert system, in the hopes of better understanding a technology they've never had to use before" Said Lindsey Brewster of Rescue Alert of California . "Purchasing a medical alert system cannot be taken lightly, and those who send us questions know that. They want to gather all the information they can before making a decision that will affect the lives of their senior loved ones, and this video in which we demonstrate the unit and the ease of use will help make their decision a more informed one."
The video demonstrates how easy the system is to install in the home, and also shows how quickly the response center answers the user's call. Brewster says the average response time from the call center is about 15 seconds.
The Rescue Alert of California demonstration video will be available on their website, along with more upcoming informational videos the company will provide in the future. If there is a question that the demonstration video does not answer, the Rescue Alert of California team is always available and happy to help.
