LEWIS CENTER, OH, October 25, 2012 (Press-News.org) Kids Travel Zone, the Ohio-based maker of personalized embroidered children's luggage, backpacks, accessories, school gear and other items, is celebrating 10 years in business with the launch of a do-it-yourself drawing tool that allows kids to draw their own images for embroidered products.
Kids Travel Zone and its online retail site kidstravelzone.com are celebrating their 10-Year Anniversary with the new do-your-own doodle tool that allows kids to take an interactive approach to selecting their own customized travel gear, backpacks, accessories, child luggage and other items.
The new "draw your own image" feature allows kids to take a photo of a picture at home that they have drawn themselves, upload it to the company's site for digitization. From there, the image is embroidered directly on any of the company's products of the child's (or parents') choosing.
"Celebrating 10 years is a huge deal for us and we are excited to be doing this as we take our product line to a new level," said Kids Travel Zone LLC Member, Troy McElmurray. "We thought we would offer a new way to bring our kids into the process by allowing them to take a drawing they like, have it embroidered on their very own bag or accessory item. We expect the "Draw Your Own" option, which is now up on our Web page, to be extremely popular, as it allows interactivity and a way to watch your own drawing come to life through embroidery."
The "Draw Your Own" option allows customers to e-mail a scanned version of their drawings or send in a hard copy for digitization. McElmurray said the company also has redesigned both its large and small carry-on luggage pieces; added a toiletry bag for children to its accessories line and added more images to its digital library, expanding further the options for creating personalized bags and other products.
"We've been focused on extending the products we have to offer to include more practical uses, as well as enhancing the imagery library," McElmurray said. "Celebrating 10 years in business is a testament to the fact that we have products kids (and their parents) really love and need, and we want to keep expanding our catalog to keep pace with those demands as we head into our second decade of doing business."
In addition to backpacks, carry on travel luggage, lunch boxes and school items, the company also offers customized baby bibs, clothing and toys, as well as a wide range of kid's accessories, including beach towels, handbags, animal pillows, sleeping bags, luggage and backpack ID tags and more.

2012-10-25
As many industries are starting to show signs of recovery from the impact of the recent recession, some experts believe the housing market is also expected to make a turnaround. According to a recent article from the Associated Press, "U.S. builders spent more to construct homes in August, further evidence of a housing rebound.
