2012-10-26
HOUSTON, TX, October 26, 2012 (Press-News.org) Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, N.H. will employ Digisonics Structured Reporting Software Solutions for their OB/GYN studies.

A PACS API will enable users at the facility to launch the Digisonics structured reporting software directly from their McKesson PACS workstation for improved workflow efficiency. Using the Digisonics software, clinicians have access to comprehensive fetal growth analysis and structured reporting functionality. OB-Windows Net, a web-based application, will provide users with full remote reading capabilities.

Additional interfaces will streamline connectivity between the Digisonics structured reporting solution and incumbent systems, improving the efficiency of the hospital's clinical workflow. OBLinks will autopopulate patient demographics and measurements from Cheshire Medical Center's ultrasound machine directly into the Digisonics report, saving valuable data entry time and eliminating possible input errors. An HL7 interface for Results Out will integrate the Digisonics structured reporting solution with the facility's Siemens Syngo system.

For more than 35 years, Digisonics has provided best-of-class interpretation systems for cardiology and OB/GYN to many of the leading hospitals, clinics, private offices, and research sites around the world.
