PHOENIX, AZ, October 26, 2012 (Press-News.org) For the second time in the last three years, Ace Air is sponsoring Arizona's Family Silver Apple Awards. Ace is donating several hundred thousand dollars in the next two years to deserving teachers nominated for the Silver Apple Award.
Anyone can be a teacher, but it takes a special person to be the teacher that changes their students' lives. All over the state, children in grades K-12 can nominate their favorite teacher who made a significant impact on their life. Every month from October 2012 until May 2013, Ace Air and Patti Kirkpatrick from 3TV will present a check for $500 to the awarded teacher.
"We are really excited to be a part of this program again. It is very important to not only support our community's families, but the teachers who shape the minds of the youth in our communities. We are proud to be a sponsor of this incredible program," said Kwan Jin, owner of Ace Air.
Ace Air has been involved with multiple charities around the valley, and prides their company values on helping their local communities. The Silver Apple Awards are just one of many different charities that Ace Air is currently involved with.
